We are calling on your help and support for a very serious matter, as we have been deeply disturbed and angered at the grave miscarriage of justice against Lifeline Director and Founder Jose Luis Gonzalez, who has worked long and hard over the last eight years to uplift and enlighten people's lives in the areas of education, medicine, empowerment and others. Instead of being able to continue to work toward people's good, Lifeline has had to spend our energies and resources in fighting the egregious charges leveled against Mr Gonzalez. We refuse to take this sitting down any longer!
In summary, Lifeline's Director, Jose Luis Gonzalez was charged with ridiculous and completely unfounded lawsuits of estafa and BP 22, and most recently, a warrant of arrest was issued, because of disgruntled former members of Lifeline, who had in 2008 reneged on mutual business agreements. All along the way we've had documentation to prove Mr. Gonzalez innocent of wrongdoing. In fact, the estafa charge was already dropped by the Chief Prosecutor in Muntinlupa when our case was first reviewed! But the couple who made the charges have wealthy and influential backers, and in spite of all our proof to the contrary, the charges and warrant still stand.
It is as if we had been slapped in the face with a series of blows over the last two years!
Had our case been impartially and fairly reviewed we are convinced that no merit would be found to the lawsuits filed against Mr Gonzalez.
In many separate incidents, Lifeline members have been harassed, and our director, Jose Luis Gonzalez, has been grossly slandered. Mr. Gonzalez and his family have been verbally abused, and grave threats have been made against his life.
Enough is enough!
